Warum muss ich mich überall anmelden?
Der Ebookmacher-Adventskalender ist eine Aktion für dich von 24 einzelnen Designer:innen. Sie sind ein Zusammenschluss/eine Kooperation mehrerer Designern, die gemeinsam mehr für dich tun wollen. Somit ist die Ebookmacher keine eigenständige Firma, sondern eine Plattform, auf der jedes Label sich als Gemeinschaft zeigen kann. Die Ebookmacher haben auch keinen Shop. Das Angebot des Freebooks ist also von jedem einzelnen Designer:in ein eigenständiges Angebot für dich, nur eben gemeinschaftlich auf der dieser Plattform präsentiert. Mein Kundenkonto ist weg/lässt sich nicht einloggen.
Bitte setze dein Passwort zurück und versuche erneut, dich einzuloggen. Sollte dies nicht funktionieren, ist zu vermuten, dass du dir bei deiner vorangegangenen Bestellung ein Konto angelegt hast und leider den Bestätigungslink zur Bestätigung deines Kundenkontos aus einer zusätzlichen E-Mail nicht angeklickt hast. Somit ist es gesetzlich vorgeschrieben, dass automatisch ein Gastkonto generiert wird, welches sich nach 6 Tagen automatisch und nicht herstellbar schließt.
Was du jetzt tun kannst? Bitte erstelle im Zuge des heutigen Freebooks ein neues Konto und denke unbedingt dieses Mal daran, dein Kundenkonto zu bestätigen.
Die Seite ist so langsam.
Vielen Dank für deine Rückmeldung. Sicher ist gerade auf der Seite sehr viel los. Zu bestimmten Uhrzeiten ist immer ein großer Andrang. Vor allem am Vormittag wird das Angebot viel genutzt. Sicher klappt es später besser. Bitte versuche es darum zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt erneut nochmal.

Kann ich das Freebook auch nach dem 11.12.2020 noch bekommen?
Das Freebook gibt es nur an dem einen Tag für 24 Stunden von 0:01 bis 23:59 Uhr. Diese Regel gilt für alle Designer:innen der Ebookmacher gleichermaßen und alle halten sich daran. Nur in absoluten Ausnahmefällen wie z.B. Totalausfall des Shops (nicht aber wenn er “nur” langsam” ist) kann der Designer / die Designerin das Freebook für einige Stunden darüber hinaus anbieten. Schau sehr gern bei den Designer:innen einmal in den Shop´s vorbei. In der Regel gibt es noch nachträgliche Rabattaktionen, so dass du es sicher noch zu einem Schnäppchenpreis ergattern kannst. Bei mir erhältst du das Schnittmuster des #k.trinyMornyngStar am Tag danach 50% rabattiert (11.12.2020), genau wie das gesamte Sortiment in meinem Shop und den Inhalt des Türchens von letztem Jahr für 1 € (Unterwäsche) unter folgendem Link: https://www.triny.de/shop/.
Der Download funktioniert nicht.
Aus einer Ferndiagnose heraus kann ich nur Vermutungen anstellen. Folgende Möglichkeiten könnten vorliegen:
- Du hast deine Cookies ausgeschaltet
- Du verwendest einen veralteten Browser
- Du hast die Zahlungsmethode “Vorkasse” gewählt (evt. hast du einen zahlungspflichtigen Zusatzkauf getätigt), wodurch dein Download nicht automatisch freigeschaltet wird. Sobald dein Geld eingegangen ist, wird dir dein Einkauf freigeschaltet.
Gibt es das eBook nur an einem Tag kostenlos?
Ja, das Freebook ist „NUR“ am 10.12.2020 von 00:01 Uhr bis 23:59 Uhr in meinem Shop zum kostenlosen Download freigeschalten. Am Folgetag erhältst du es aber, genau wie alle andere Produkte in meinem Shop zu 50% rabattiert. Außerdem biete ich dir auch den Inhalt meines Adventskalendertürchens von letztem Jahr für 1€ (Unterwäsche) an.
Wo und wann kann ich das eBook kostenlos Downloaden.

Das entscheiden die unterschiedlichen Ebookmacher individuell, je nachdem ob sie einen eigenen Shop oder ähnlichen haben.

Why do I have to register everywhere?
The “Ebookmacher” Adventcalendar is a promotion for you from 24 individual designers. They are an alliance/cooperation of several designers who want to do more for you together. So „Die Ebookmacher“ is not an independent company, but only a platform on which each label can show itself as a community. „Die Ebookmacher“ also does not have a store. The offer of the Freebooks is therefore from each individual designers an independent offer for you, just presented together on this platform. My customer account is lost/ does not log in.
Please reset your password and try to log in again. If this does not work, it is likely that you created an account during your previous order and unfortunately did not click the confirmation link to confirm your account from an additional email. Therefore it is required by law that a guest account is automatically generated, which closes automatically after 6 days and cannot be created.
What you can do now? Please create a new account in the course of today’s Freebook and make sure you remember to confirm your account this time.

Can I still get the Freebook the day after (2010.12.11)?
The Freebook is only available on the one day (10th of December) for 24 hours from 0:01 to 23:59. This rule applies equally to all designers from the “Ebookmacher” and everyone follows it. Only in absolutely exceptional cases like total failure of the store (but not if it is „only“ slow) the designer can offer the Freebook for a few hours beyond that. Look very gladly with the designers once in the Shop’s past. Usually there will be additional discount offers, so you can get it for a special price. The download does not work.
From a remote diagnosis I can only make speculations. The following possibilities could be given:
- You have disabled your cookies
- You are using an outdated browser
- You have chosen the payment method „Vorkasse“ (possibly you have made an additional purchase that requires payment), which does not automatically activate your download. As soon as your money is received, your purchase will be activated.
Is the eBook only available for free on one day?
Yes, the Freebook is „ONLY“ on 10th of December from 00:01 clock to 23:59 clock in my store for free download. But the next day you will get it, just like all other products in my store at 50% discount.
Where and when can I download the eBook for free.

Can you please announce the door a week in advance?
We don’t do that, because otherwise no tension can be built up and that’s what the Advent season is all about! So just be present all the time and have a look at the #ebookmakers in the advent calendar every morning.
Do I have to register everywhere?
No, you do not. You have to register minimally with the store.
Why is Makerist sometimes not present?
This is decided individually by the different “Ebookmacher”, depending on whether they have their own store or similar.
Can I still get the ebook free of charge after 10th of December 2020?
The advent calendar promotion of the “Ebookmacher” an especially the content of my door is only valid for the 10th of December 2020 until 23:59 o’clock.

In what file format are the Feebook and the other patterns available for download.
